Grilled Beef Steak

Marinated in a red wine marinade, then grilled beef. Such a steak will delight with its richness of flavor!


  • Beef tenderloin – 800 g


  • Shallots – 2 pieces
  • Bay leaves – 2 pieces
  • Allspice – 3 pieces
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Red wine – 50 ml
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh rosemary – 16 g


Halve the shallots. Mix together: red wine, bay leaves, allspice, black pepper, olive oil, shallots, and fresh rosemary.

Pour the marinade over the meat, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Grill the steaks for 5 minutes on each side or longer depending on preference.

How to Serve Before serving, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
