A green feast not only for the eyes: a delicious light salad with pear, avocado, and grapes tempts with its appearance and taste!
Ingredients
- Green olives – 45 g
- Avocado – 1 piece
- Cucumber – 1 piece
- Iceberg lettuce – 1 head
- Pear – 2 pieces
- Fresh coriander – 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella – 100 g
- Parsley – 5 g
- White grapes – 70 g
Honey mustard vinaigrette
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil – 5 tablespoons
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – 1 pinch
Preparation
Cut green grapes in half, peel and slice avocado into thin slices, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Also slice green pears into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Slice cucumber into thin slices. Mix all the salad ingredients and arrange them on a plate. Mix or blend all the dressing ingredients thoroughly. Drizzle the salad with vinaigrette dressing.
