French Hot Dogs

Try this simple recipe for delicious breakfast, dinner, or just a snack during the day.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry (1/2 package)
  • Frankfurters (5-6 pieces)
  • Oil

Preparation

  1. Peel the frankfurters.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into strips about 1 cm wide.
  3. Wrap the puff pastry around each frankfurter so that one layer slightly overlaps the other.
  4. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and gently brush with oil.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
  6. Serve hot.
