Ingredients
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Celery – 480 g
- Brie cheese – 200 g
- Semi-fat cottage cheese – 150 g
- Sweet paprika – 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt – a pinch
- Crackers – 40 g
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Filling Mash the Brie cheese with a fork. Crush the crackers. Combine both ingredients with cottage cheese, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
Step 2: Stuff the Celery Clean the celery, removing any fibers if necessary. Trim the leaves, finely chop them, and add them to the mixture. Spread the mixture onto the celery stalks.
