Sausages marinated in beer and honey will surely be a hit at any grill party, not just for the guys!
Ingredients
Marinate
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Ground nutmeg – a pinch
- Honey – 1 tablespoon
- Beer – 250 ml
Additionally
- Polish sausage – 800 g
- Marjoram – 2 tablespoons
Preparation
- Mix all the marinade ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut the sausages into a crosshatch pattern and soak them in the marinade. Arrange them on a well-heated grill. Grill, turning and basting with the marinade, for 10 minutes.
Serving: Sprinkle with fresh marjoram before serving.
