Lamb Patties with Mint and Rosemary

Fragrant with fresh rosemary, mint, and thyme, these tender lamb patties are the perfect idea for a meaty dinner.

  • Lamb patties – 4 pieces
  • Garlic clove – 1 piece
  • Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Dried rosemary – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh thyme – 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh mint – 2 tablespoons

  1. Finely chop the mint and thyme. Mince the garlic very finely. Chop the fresh herbs and garlic, then mix them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the dried rosemary. Mix well.
  2. Thoroughly rub the patties with the marinade, then set aside in a cool place for at least an hour.
  3. Peel the potatoes. Boil them until they are slightly soft. Let them cool. Cut the cooked and warm potatoes into strips about 1 cm wide. Put them on a heated pan and sauté.
  4. Fry the patties for 4 minutes on each side until the meat is nicely browned.
