Batons with Pecans

Try this recipe for quick and easy homemade batons with pecans and chocolate topping!



  • Dark chocolate – 100 g
  • Pistachios – 20 g
  • Peanut butter – 120 g
  • Pecans – 30 g
  • Rice milk – 50 ml


  • Dried dates – 10 pcs.
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Peanut butter – 120 g
  • Pecans – 360 g


  • Edible flowers – 1 tablespoon


Step 1: Prepare the Batons Blend peanut butter and dates into a smooth paste. Add 1 cup of pecans, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend again until smooth. Add the remaining pecans and pulse to chop them, leaving some larger pieces for texture. Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined mold, press down, and flatten the surface.

Step 2: Prepare the Topping Melt chocolate in a double boiler, then add peanut butter and rice milk. Mix well. Pour the topping over the nut mixture and spread evenly. Crush pecans and pistachios in a mortar and sprinkle them over the topping. Chill the mold in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Once chilled, cut the batons into smaller pieces. Decorate with edible flowers.
