Grilled Peaches in Honey Butter

Sweet peaches coated with an aromatic blend of cloves and honey make for a surprising treat straight from the grill.


  • Cloves – 2 pcs.
  • Peaches – 1 kg
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons


Slice peaches in half, remove the pits, and place them skin side down.

Crush cloves into a powder using a mortar and pestle. Mix softened butter and spices together, then rub each peach half with the resulting mixture. Drizzle a bit of honey over the peaches.

Place the prepared peach halves on the grill grate or on a preheated grill pan (skin side down) and grill until the peaches soften slightly. Serve hot.
