Baguette and Shrimp Sandwich

Crunchy wheat bread with garlic-parsley butter, topped with shrimp, lettuce, and avocado. A perfect sandwich!

Ingredients

  • Avocado – 1 piece
  • Baguette – 1 piece
  • Curry – 1 pinch
  • Shrimp – 200 g
  • Lime – 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise – 2 teaspoons
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Butter lettuce – 30 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Preparation

Slice the baguette lengthwise and spread with butter. Wash and dry the butter lettuce. Peel and slice the avocado. Wash the lime, blanch it, and slice it.

On a heated pan, fry the shrimp with curry, black pepper, and salt. On each slice of bread, layer butter lettuce, avocado, lime slices, and shrimp. Garnish with mayonnaise.
