Beef Tartare

The simplest version of classic tartare. Straightforward, quick, and tasty. Is there anything more needed?

Ingredients

  • Beef
  • Egg yolk
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spring onion (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Grind the beef using a grinder, add raw egg yolk, and sprinkle with pepper, mix.
  2. Shape into balls, delicately scoring with a knife to create a nice pattern.
  3. Serve with spring onion.
