Blueberry, Mango, and Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Lemon – 1 piece
  • Mango – 1 piece
  • Lime – 1 piece
  • Avocado – 1 piece
  • Blueberries – 500 g
  • Apple juice – 500 ml
  • Fresh mint – 25 g

Preparation

Blend blueberries with apple juice until smooth. Peel and dice the mango. Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin, and drizzle with a little lemon juice.

Blend all the ingredients together, including the mango and avocado, until smooth. Add a splash of lime juice. Garnish with mint leaves and blueberries.
