Fitness Fruit Salad

Incredibly simple, quick, healthy, and delicious, this fruit salad with dried cranberries will give you energy on a hot summer day!


  • Grapefruit – 2 pieces
  • Orange – 2 pieces


  • Brown sugar – 2 tablespoons
  • Grapefruit – 2 pieces
  • Orange juice – 250 ml
  • Dried cranberries – 100 g


Segment the oranges and grapefruits (cut out the pulp segments), then squeeze the remaining parts to extract juice into a bowl.

Sauce: Place the juice, dried cranberries, and brown sugar in a saucepan or skillet. Cook over low heat until some of the water from the juice evaporates (until the sauce thickens). Let the sauce cool.

How to Serve: Place the orange and grapefruit segments into bowls. Drizzle with the sauce.
