- White asparagus in brine – 9 spears
- Ajvar – 3 tablespoons
- Kale – 1 handful
- Pork ham – 3 slices
- Chives – 3 stalks
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients Tear the kale into smaller pieces, place it along with the whole chive stalks on a sieve, and pour hot water over them to soften.
Step 2: Roll Up the Wraps Spread a tablespoon of ajvar on each slice of ham and evenly place kale on them. Then drain the asparagus from the brine, place them at the edge of the ham, and roll everything into a wrap. Secure the wraps with chive stalks.
