An appetizer platter filled with cold and warm snacks in the Greek style. It’s a delicious idea for a party!
Ingredients
Cold appetizers
- White beans in tomato sauce – 280 g
- Fresh rosemary – 10 sprigs
- Greek yogurt – 300 g
- Olive oil – 4 tablespoons
- Fresh mint – 4 sprigs
- Cucumber – 200 g
Fried cheese wrapped in ham
- Feta cheese in brine – 500 g
- Pork ham – 8 slices
- Salt
- Black pepper
Additional
- Baguette – 1 piece
- Olive oil – 4 tablespoons
- Garlic cloves – 5 pieces
- Antipasti mix – 400 g
Instructions
Mix the white beans in tomato sauce with leaves stripped from 2 sprigs of rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Chop the mint. Mix Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with chopped mint. Cut the cucumbers into sticks.
Drain the feta cheese from the brine and cut it lengthwise into 8 pieces. Place a sprig of rosemary on each piece of cheese and wrap it with a slice of ham. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the prepared snacks.
Slice the baguette diagonally into thin slices, drizzle each with olive oil, and toast them on a grill pan. Lightly crush the unpeeled garlic cloves and add them to the pan. Arrange all the appetizers on a plate and transfer to bowls. Serve with the addition of a ready antipasti platter.
