Who doesn’t love noodles and chicken? Creamy Chicken Ramen gives gourmets everything they need – a combination of favourite flavours and a full stomach.

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (3 ounce) packet ramen noodles (without flavour packet)
  • 1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 pinch everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Method of preparation:

Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in the chicken stock and whipping cream. Stir to combine and bring to the boil.

Break the ramen noodles into smaller pieces and add to the simmering liquid. Cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes, until the noodles are tender.

Stir in the reduced soy sauce and chopped cooked chicken. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the pan from the heat. Taste and season to taste.

Serve the Creamy Chicken Ramen hot, garnished with a pinch of everything bagel seasoning if desired.
