Wild Venison and Porcini Mushroom Soup

An aromatic soup made from game meat and forest mushrooms. Check out this recipe to learn how to prepare it.


  • Venison comber – 400 grams
  • Porcini mushrooms – 300 grams
  • Potatoes – 4 pieces
  • Carrots – 2 pieces
  • Parsley root – 1 piece
  • Celery root – 1 piece
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Beef broth – 1 liter
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Tomato paste – 200 milliliters
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper


Cut the meat into larger pieces, then fry it in a small amount of heated fat. Next, add diced vegetables and sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the hot broth and cook until the meat and vegetables are tender. Add the tomato paste and diced porcini mushrooms. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with chopped parsley.
