Ingredients
- Venison comber – 400 grams
- Porcini mushrooms – 300 grams
- Potatoes – 4 pieces
- Carrots – 2 pieces
- Parsley root – 1 piece
- Celery root – 1 piece
- Onion – 1 piece
- Beef broth – 1 liter
- Parsley (chopped)
- Tomato paste – 200 milliliters
- Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the meat into larger pieces, then fry it in a small amount of heated fat. Next, add diced vegetables and sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the hot broth and cook until the meat and vegetables are tender. Add the tomato paste and diced porcini mushrooms. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with chopped parsley.
