Three-Layer Toasts (Sandwich Tower)

Surprise your little ones! Toasts with healthy additions served in an original way will surely please them.

Ingredients

  • Multigrain toast bread – 240 g
  • Tomato puree – 1 teaspoon
  • Radish – 8 pieces
  • Gouda cheese – 40 g
  • Butter – 4 teaspoons
  • Mortadella – 100 g
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Cress – 25 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Cream cheese – 80 g

Preparation

Clean and slice the radishes thinly. Clean the cress, wash, and drain well. Mix the cream cheese with the tomato puree. Season with salt and pepper, add the cress, and mix. Remove the rind from the Gouda slices, then cut the slices in half.

Toast the bread. Spread butter on 4 slices of toast and place Gouda and mortadella on them. Spread the cream cheese mixture on 4 slices of toast and place radish slices on them. Place the slices with cheese and mortadella on top. Cover with the remaining slices of toast and press lightly. Cut the toasts according to preference – diagonally in half – and insert a toothpick into each piece.
