Turkey in pesto

An original way to prepare delicious meat dish from the grill: tender turkey pieces marinated in pesto and served with fresh basil.


  • Fresh basil – 6 g
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Turkey breast – 800 g
  • Pesto – 50 g


Wash and dry the steaks. Rub with black pepper on both sides and coat with pesto. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Grill the turkey steaks on a preheated grill for about 3 minutes. Lightly salt. Sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
