Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Pasta

A delicious breakfast – just add fresh bread to the spread.


  • 125 g hot smoked salmon
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • 125 g creamy cheese spread
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper


Finely chop the smoked salmon on a cutting board and transfer it to a bowl. Peel and finely dice the cucumbers, then add them to the bowl with the salmon. Drizzle with lemon juice, add chopped dill and creamy cheese spread. Season with salt and pepper, mix well. Garnish with extra dill. Serve with bread.
