Sausages in yeast dough

A simple recipe for sausages in yeast dough – delicious breakfast, dinner, or a hearty snack that both children and adults will gladly reach for.


  • Flour: 250 g
  • Warm milk: 1/2 cup
  • Dry yeast: 7 g
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Egg: 1 piece
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sausages: 10 pieces


Mix the flour with salt and yeast. Then add all the wet ingredients and knead the dough by hand. Now set aside the dough in a warm place to rise. Roll out the dough and cut it into pieces in which you can easily wrap the sausages.

Wrap the sausages with the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave them untouched for 20 minutes. After this time, put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
