Pear and Gorgonzola Tart

A delicious way to enjoy pears! In the company of crispy pastry, salty cheese, and nuts, it tastes excellent.


  • Puff pastry – 1 sheet
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon
  • Walnuts – 50 g
  • Gorgonzola cheese – 100 g
  • Pear – 2 pieces


Peel the pears and slice them into moderately thick slices. Line a tart tin or a regular rectangular baking tray with the pastry. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter, then brush the pastry with it. Crush the Gorgonzola cheese and chop the walnuts. Evenly spread the crumbled cheese and pear slices over the pastry and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Bake for about 15 minutes (until the pastry is golden brown) in an oven preheated to 220°C.
