Peanut ramen

Looking to whip up a quick, nourishing dish packed with a whole range of unique flavors? Wait no longer!


  • Peanut butter – 4 tablespoons
  • Sriracha sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Ramen noodles – 150g
  • Roasted peanuts – 50g
  • Chili flakes – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Lime – 0.5 piece
  • Parsley – 0.5 bunch


In a bowl, crush 1 clove of garlic using a garlic press. Add 4 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Mix everything together in the bowl.

Cook the ramen noodles according to the instructions on the package. After draining, reserve 150ml of the cooking water. Transfer the drained noodles to the bowl with the sauce, add the reserved water, and mix vigorously.

Just before serving, squeeze the juice from half a lime over the dish, sprinkle with chopped peanuts (about 50g), and add a few parsley leaves.
