Ingredients
- Broccoli – 1 pc.
- Zucchini – 1 pc.
- Garlic clove – 1 pc.
- Frozen edamame beans – 40 g
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Yellow bell pepper – 1 pc.
- Pastrami – 100 g
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Leek – 0.25 pc.
- Cheddar cheese – 50 g
- Sweet paprika – 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – a pinch
- Potatoes – 3 pcs.
Preparation
Step 1: Sautéing the Vegetables In heated olive oil, sauté the boiled potatoes. When they turn golden brown, add broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, sliced leek, and sliced zucchini. Sauté for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Seasoning the Vegetables Season the vegetables with sweet paprika and drizzle with soy sauce. Add pressed garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper (optional) and mix everything.
Step 3: Adding Edamame Beans, Cheese, and Pastrami Add the edamame beans to the vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the mixture. Finally, top the vegetables with pastrami.
