Crust
- Walnuts – 480 g
- Raisins – 140 g
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Dried plums – 60 g
- Dried apricots – 90 g
Filling
- Vegan vanilla cream cheese – 390 g
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Tart Crust
Put all the crust ingredients into a blender and blend until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan. Place the tart pan in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Add Cream Cheese and Fruits
Spread the creamy cheese onto the prepared crust and decorate with fruits and mint leaves.
