No-Bake Vegan Fruit Tart

There’s nothing simpler and quicker than a vegan tart with a delicious vanilla cream filling and fruits. Try it and let yourself be convinced!

Ingredients

Additional

  • Blueberries – 50 g
  • Blackberries – 65 g
  • Raspberries – 70 g
  • Fresh mint – 2 g

Crust

  • Walnuts – 480 g
  • Raisins – 140 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Dried plums – 60 g
  • Dried apricots – 90 g

Filling

  • Vegan vanilla cream cheese – 390 g

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Tart Crust

Put all the crust ingredients into a blender and blend until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan. Place the tart pan in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Add Cream Cheese and Fruits

Spread the creamy cheese onto the prepared crust and decorate with fruits and mint leaves.
