Ingredients
- Soba noodles – 2 servings
- Fresh spinach – 1 handful
- Tofu – 1/2 block
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Soy sauce – 1/3 teaspoon
- Pepper – a pinch
Preparation
- Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions.
- Rinse the spinach, pat it dry, and chop it, but not too finely.
- Peel and crush the garlic, then sauté it in heated olive oil for a moment. Add the spinach and diced tofu.
