Healthy Piña Colada Smoothie

Health in a tall glass. A large dose of vitamins and minerals while maintaining excellent taste.


  • Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple juice – 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple – 3 slices
  • Coconut flakes – 1 tablespoon
  • Ice – 2 cubes


  1. Drain the pineapple from the syrup. Pour coconut milk into a blender, add the sliced pineapple – blend. Then add coconut flakes, pineapple juice, and ice. Blend everything together once again.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple slices and coconut flakes.
