Healthy Cottage Cheese Breakfast

  • Cottage cheese – 200g
  • Leek – a piece
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Dill – a few sprigs
  • Flaxseed – 2 tablespoons
  • Fine-grain iodized sea salt
  • Ground white pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes


  1. Wash and peel the cucumber, then dice it. Clean and finely chop the leek. Peel and press the garlic using a garlic press. Roast the flaxseed in a dry pan.
  2. Transfer the cottage cheese to a plate and mash it with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste. Rinse and dry the dill, then chop it finely. Add it to the cottage cheese along with the cucumber, garlic, and leek, then mix.
  3. Once the flaxseed has cooled, add it to the cottage cheese mixture and mix. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  4. Spread the cottage cheese mixture on slices of crunchy bread, top with sprouts and cherry tomatoes.
