Ingredients
- Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
- Pineapple juice – 1/2 cup
- Pineapple – 3 slices
- Coconut flakes – 1 tablespoon
- Ice – 2 cubes
Preparation
- Drain the pineapple from the syrup. Pour coconut milk into a blender, add the sliced pineapple – blend. Then add coconut flakes, pineapple juice, and ice. Blend everything together once again.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple slices and coconut flakes.
