Ingredients
Cake:
- Red beans – 1 can
- Eggs – 2
- Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons
- Banana – 1
- Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground flaxseed – 1 tablespoon
- Liquid honey – 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract – a few drops
Glaze:
- Coconut oil – 3 tablespoons
- Water – 3 tablespoons
- Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar – 1 tablespoon
Preparation
- Rinse the beans in a sieve. Then blend them with the remaining ingredients until smooth consistency is achieved. Pour the batter into a small loaf pan lined with parchment paper, then place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
- After baking the cake, remove it from the mold by grabbing the parchment paper and transferring it onto a wire rack to cool.
- Put all the ingredients for the glaze into a small saucepan and mix until it boils. Then remove from the heat and pour the still hot glaze over the cake.
