Grilled Pork Tenderloin in Lime Marinade

Delicate pork tenderloin from the grill, soaked in an aromatic marinade that is a perfect combination of lime and honey.

Ingredients

  • Red chili pepper – 1 piece
  • Honey – 80 g
  • Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Lime juice – 125 ml
  • Fresh cilantro – 1 tablespoon
  • Pork tenderloin – 500 g
  • Garlic cloves – 2 pieces

Preparation

Combine honey, lime juice, salt, oil, and finely chopped garlic together. Remove seeds from chili pepper, finely chop, and add to the marinade.

Place the pork tenderloin in a sealed plastic bag, pour in the marinade, seal the bag, and refrigerate for several hours.

Place the marinated pork tenderloin on the grill rack and grill on all sides until it develops a brown color. Once cooked, slice the tenderloin into pieces and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
