Fragrant and golden chicken meat from the grill. It tastes excellent with grilled vegetables and yogurt-based sauces.
Ingredients
- Curry – 1 tsp
- Garlic clove – 0.5 pcs.
- Chicken breast fillets – 500 g
- Natural yogurt – 200 ml
- Sweet paprika powder – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Dried thyme – 2 tsp
Preparation
Wash the fillets, pat them dry, and cut them into moderately thick slices. Finely chop the garlic. Mix the marinade ingredients. Place the meat in it and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
Remove the meat from the marinade, gently remove any excess, and place the meat on the grill. Grill on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
How to Serve:
Serve hot with grilled vegetables and yogurt-based dips.
