Green Appetizer

A green feast not only for the eyes: a delicious light salad with pear, avocado, and grapes that tempts with its look and taste!

Ingredients:

Salad:

  • Green olives – 45 g
  • Avocado – 1 piece
  • Cucumber – 1 piece
  • Iceberg lettuce – 1 head
  • Pears – 2 pieces
  • Fresh cilantro – 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella – 100 g
  • Parsley – 5 g
  • Green grapes – 70 g

Honey Vinaigrette:

  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil – 5 tablespoons
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Grapes: Cut the green grapes in half.
  2. Avocado: Peel the avocado, slice it, and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. Pears: Slice the pears and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Cucumber: Slice the cucumber thinly.

Step 2: Mix the Salad

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the green olives, avocado slices, cucumber slices, iceberg lettuce (torn into bite-sized pieces), pear slices, fresh cilantro, mozzarella (cubed or torn), parsley, and halved grapes.

Step 3: Prepare the Honey Vinaigrette

  1. In a small bowl, mix or blend together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.

Serving:

  1. Drizzle the salad with the honey vinaigrette just before serving. Mix gently to coat the ingredients evenly.
