Cobb Salad with Protein Pasta

This salad will delight you with its taste and ease of preparation. The perfect combination of ingredients can positively surprise you!



  • Protein pasta – 200 g
  • Smoked bacon – 100 g
  • Chicken breast fillet – 1 piece
  • Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic clove – 1 clove
  • Romaine lettuce – 1 head
  • Avocado – 1 piece
  • Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes – 150 g
  • Roquefort cheese – 100 g
  • Chives – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


  • Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Cook the protein pasta according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool.
  2. Hard boil the eggs. Cool and cut them into quarters.
  3. Fry the bacon in a pan until it is crispy and browned. Set aside.
  4. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan, then add the chicken breast and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Add the garlic clove towards the end and baste the chicken with the pan juices. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board to rest before dicing into cubes.

Step 2: Prepare the Dressing

  1. In a separate bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients.

Step 3: Assemble the Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken, diced avocado, quartered eggs, fried bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, washed and chopped romaine lettuce, finely chopped chives, and crumbled Roquefort cheese.
  2. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well, and serve.
