Grana padano chips with caviar

A snack that you can enjoy with your eyes? These incredibly impressive and crispy Grana Padano cheese chips with the addition of caviar and sour cream are a delight!


  • Trout caviar: 1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream (18% fat): 70 g
  • Grana Padano cheese: 50 g


Grate the Grana Padano cheese using a fine grater. Place parchment paper on a heated frying pan. Arrange the cheese on the paper to form several round disks. Fry for about 1-2 minutes until the cheese begins to turn golden. Cover the cheese with another piece of parchment paper and flip it over. Wait until the cheese takes on a golden color. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.

Arrange the cheese chips on a plate or board. Place a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of caviar on each chip.
