Eggs Sunny-Side Up for Breakfast

Breakfast of champions. A fresh, fragrant roll with arugula, ham, sunny-side-up eggs, and cherry tomatoes. That’s how we start the day today.


  • Rolls: 2 pieces
  • Eggs: 2 pieces
  • Ham: 2 slices
  • Arugula: 2 handfuls
  • Cherry tomatoes (red): 4 pieces
  • Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
  • Chives: 2 cm


  1. Slice the rolls in half.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Fry the eggs on a well-heated pan until the egg white is set but the yolk remains runny. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Now it’s time to assemble the ingredients.
  5. On the bottom half of our crispy roll, add mayonnaise, then arugula, ham, egg, tomatoes, and chopped chives. Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll.
