Crostini with Ham and Peaches

Crispy, golden toasts with flavorful toppings – a snack that will be perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Peach: 2 pieces
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Mozzarella cheese: 2 pieces
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Cooked ham: 100 g
  • Ciabatta bread: 240 g

Preparation

  1. Arrange the bread slices next to each other on a baking sheet and briefly toast them in a preheated oven with the grill option on.
  2. Slice the mozzarella cheese. Wash the peaches, cut them in half, remove the pits, and slice them.
  3. Drizzle the bread slices with olive oil, top them with peach slices, torn ham pieces, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for about 3 minutes in the oven.
  5. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and serve.
