Ingredients
- Bananas – 2 pieces
- Eggs – 3 pieces
- Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
- Cocoa powder – 30 g
- Peanut butter – 100 g
- Butter – 80 g
- All-purpose flour – 160 g
- Honey – 3 tablespoons
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Milk – 250 ml
Preparation
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Cream the egg yolks with honey and slowly add melted (not hot!) butter, then sift in the flour with cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix well, add milk and beaten egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron with thick grates. Serve with bananas and peanut cream.
