Beer-Battered Chicken

Beer-Battered Chicken

A quick idea for chicken with a twist – crispy beer batter hiding tender, juicy meat.

  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Chicken breast fillets – 4 pieces
  • Eggs – 3 pieces
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Hot paprika – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Beer – 300 ml
  • All-purpose flour – 160 g

Whisk the eggs with a fork. Add beer, flour, and spices, and mix everything thoroughly until the batter is smooth and without lumps.

Clean the chicken, cut it into long pieces. Put the meat in the bowl with the batter and mix.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan. Drop chicken pieces coated in batter into the hot oil. Fry on all sides until golden brown. Place the fried pieces on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
