Cereal Bars

Cereal bars can be a nutritious snack or second breakfast for the whole family! See how to prepare them.


  • Dark chocolate: 100 g
  • Candied orange peel: 1 tbsp
  • Honey: 200 g
  • Oats: 330 g
  • Raisins: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Coconut flakes: 2 tbsp
  • Coconut oil: 100 ml
  • Peanut butter: 200 g
  • Goji berries: 2 tbsp
  • White sesame seeds: 2 tbsp


Step 1: Heat Peanut Butter

Toast the oats and sesame seeds in a dry pan. Heat peanut butter with coconut oil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add honey and crushed chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate melts.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients for Bars

Combine the mixture with the remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Set aside in the refrigerator to cool. Once set, cut into rectangular bars.
