Grilled Pineapple with Mojito Yogurt

An invigorating dessert with grilled pineapple – perfect for summer. Try this unique and exotic treat!


  • Pineapple: 1 (800 g)
  • Greek yogurt: 800 g
  • Lime: 1
  • Fresh mint: 20 g
  • Honey: 4 tsp


Peel the pineapple, leaving the leaves intact. Cut it in half, then each half into quarters, and each quarter into halves again. Remove the tough core.

Grill the pineapple for about 3 minutes on each side. Mix the yogurt with honey, finely chopped mint, and lime zest. Divide the yogurt evenly among four cups and add two pineapple pieces to each cup.
