Breakfast Burrito

Tortillas with meat, avocado, beans, and spicy dip! Discover how to prepare a breakfast inspired by Mexican cuisine!

Ingredients

  • Avocado – 1 piece
  • Red onion – 1 piece
  • Canned red beans – 255 g
  • Sausage (Silesian) – 400 g
  • Honey – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Sour cream (18%) – 150 g
  • Lime – 0.5 piece
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Tortillas – 6 pieces
  • Cayenne pepper – a pinch

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Sauce Mix the sour cream with salt, cayenne pepper, lime zest, and honey. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Drain, rinse, and drain the beans.

Step 2: Fry the Meat Filling Cut the sausage lengthwise and squeeze out the meat from the casing. Fry it on a hot pan for about 4 minutes, breaking it apart. Add onion and garlic, sauté together for 3 minutes. Add beans and heat for 2-3 minutes, season to taste.

Step 3: Roll Up the Tortillas Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove the pit, and slice. Drizzle with lime juice. Heat the tortillas one by one on a large, dry pan for 20-30 seconds. Spread with sour cream, arrange avocado and meat filling, roll up.
