Beer brats from the grill

Sausages marinated in beer and honey will surely be a hit at any (not just men’s) barbecue. Trust me!

Ingredients – meat

  • Polish sausage – 800 g
  • Marjoram – 2 tablespoons

Ingredients – marinade

  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Ground nutmeg – a pinch
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Beer – 250 ml

Preparation

Mix all the marinade ingredients thoroughly. Dice the sausages into a crosshatch pattern and immerse them in the marinade. Place them on a preheated grill. Grill, turning and basting with the marinade, for 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh marjoram.
