Beef Steak with Potatoes

Potatoes and beef steaks fried in an oil-free fryer with aromatic roasted garlic mousse. This perfect dish, although simple to prepare, will surely impress.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 300 g
  • Beef tenderloin – 2 steaks
  • Sun-dried tomato oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves – 6 pieces
  • Natural yogurt – 5 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Lemon – 1 piece
  • Honey – 0.5 teaspoon

Preparation

Step 1: Fry the Potatoes Thoroughly wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Fry them along with unpeeled garlic cloves in a preheated oil-free fryer at 180°C for about 18 minutes, using the French fries frying program. After frying, dip the potatoes in sun-dried tomato oil.

Step 2: Fry the Beef Steaks Fry the room-temperature beef tenderloin in the preheated oil-free fryer at 180°C for about 10 minutes.

Tip! After frying for 10 minutes, the beef tenderloin will be medium-rare. To make it more well-done, we need to extend the cooking time.

Step 3: Prepare the Roasted Garlic Mousse Squeeze the roasted garlic from the skins and blend it with yogurt and honey. Then season it with lemon juice and grated lemon zest, as well as salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Serve the Dish Allow the cooked beef tenderloin to rest for a moment. Then slice it and serve with the potatoes and roasted garlic mousse.
