Ingredients:
- Green beans (1 kg)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon)
- Butter (1 tablespoon)
- Grated pecorino or parmesan cheese (4 tablespoons)
- Feta cheese (100 g)
- Chopped parsley (1 tablespoon)
Preparation:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt (about 2 teaspoons).
Rinse the green beans and trim the ends. Add them to the boiling water and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain the green beans and return them to the pot. Add the olive oil and butter, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
Sprinkle half of the grated pecorino or parmesan and half of the parsley over the green beans, and gently mix.
Transfer to serving plates and top with the remaining grated cheese, crumbled feta, and the rest of the parsley.
