Japanese Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • Shrimp, 5 pieces
  • Mixed salad with arugula, a handful
  • Ripe avocado, 1/2 piece
  • Fresh cucumber, 1/2 piece
  • Kohlrabi, 1/3 piece
  • Carrot, 1/2 piece
  • Liquid cream 30%, 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • Chives

Preparation

Steam the shrimp. Peel the carrot, kohlrabi, and cucumber, then cut them into sticks. Cut the avocado in half, peel, and slice it.

Place the chopped salad on plates, add the avocado, carrot, cucumber, and shrimp.

Mix the cream and soy sauce, and pour over the salad. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
