- Green asparagus: 80 g
- Fresh edamame beans: 60 g
- Eggs: 2
- Fresh basil: 5 g
- Chives: 5 g
- Olive oil: 5 g

Step 1: Cook the Vegetables Slice the asparagus into rounds, cook with the edamame beans in salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain. Set aside two tablespoons of vegetables for decorating the omelet.
