An ideal proposition for lunch, a work meal, or a warm dinner. Two pancakes filled with classic ingredients whose taste never gets boring!
Ingredients
- Black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
- Mushrooms – 40 g
- Pork tenderloin – 100 g
- Cheddar cheese – 100 g
- Piadina (Italian flatbread) – 2 pieces
Garlic and Parsley Sauce:
- Garlic clove – 0.5 piece
- Parsley – 5 g
- Olive oil – 20 ml
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Filling On the first pancake, layer half of the cheddar cheese grated with a coarse grater, sliced mushrooms, black pepper, slices of pork tenderloin, and the remaining half of the grated cheese. Cover with the second pancake.
Step 2: Fry the Pancakes Carefully transfer the filled pancakes to a dry, preheated pan and fry over low heat for about 5 minutes, pressing them down with a bowl or plate. After the time has elapsed, carefully flip the pancakes to the other side and fry with the weight for another 5 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce Combine all the sauce ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined.
Step 4: Serve the Pancakes Transfer the warm pancakes to a plate, spread the garlic and parsley sauce on top, and cut into triangles.
