Ingredients
Crust:
- Oat cookies – 200 g
- Butter – 3 tbsp
- Peanut butter – 2 tbsp
Cheese Filling:
- Dark chocolate – 200 g
- Caramelized condensed milk (kajmak) – 2 tbsp
- Mascarpone cheese – 500 g
- Peanut butter – 3 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Bases Crush the cookies finely (to a sand-like consistency) in a blender or food processor. Transfer to a bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add it to the crushed cookies. Add the peanut butter. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients combine, forming a cohesive mixture.
Transfer the prepared mixture to the bottom of muffin tin cups.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheese Filling Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add the caramelized condensed milk and peanut butter to the melted chocolate. Mix well. Combine this mixture with the mascarpone cheese and blend.
Step 3: Chill the Cheesecake Bites Fill each muffin tin cup with the prepared cheese filling over the crust. Place the cheesecake bites in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
