Delicious breakfast in 15 minutes? Prepare a baked sandwich with cheese, ham, and fried egg!
Ingredients
- Country bread – 120 g
- Eggs – 4 pieces
- Butter – 60 g
- Pickled cucumber – 200 g
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Emmental cheese – 100 g
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Parma ham – 60 g
Preparation
Step 1: Toast the Sandwiches Fry the slices of bread in hot butter for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place 1 slice of ham on each slice of bread and sprinkle with ¼ of grated cheese. Bake in an oven with the grill function at 200°C for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Step 2: Fry the Fried Eggs Heat the remaining butter in a pan and fry the eggs sunny-side up. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pickled cucumbers and cut them lengthwise into quarters. Place one fried egg on each slice of bread and serve with strips of cucumber.
